1 table spoon pureed fig

6 mint leaves

50ml Bourbon

Fevertree Ginger Ale

 

  • Add Fig, Bourbon and Mint to cocktail shaker with ice. Remember to spank the mint before adding it, to release its oils.
  • Shake lightly. Pour ingredients (including ice) into 10oz rock glass.
  • Top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh mint.
