| Fig and Bourbon fizz |
1 table spoon pureed fig
6 mint leaves
Fevertree Ginger Ale
- Add Fig, Bourbon and Mint to cocktail shaker with ice. Remember to spank the mint before adding it, to release its oils.
- Shake lightly. Pour ingredients (including ice) into 10oz rock glass.
- Top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh mint.
